Earlier this year, our team traveled to North Carolina to sample exceptional barrels and bring home our favorite single-barrel picks. This September, we’re introducing the fruits of that labor: a lineup celebrating the art of blending, proofing, and barrel character.
Attendees of this pre-drop experience will be the very first to sip through the story, taste the rare profiles, and hear directly from Spencer about the journey behind these limited-edition bottles before they hit the taproom floor for public release.
