Film Sneak Peek — Grace & The Great Divide

Join us at Reformation Woodstock for a fun-filled evening of film, music and great conversation! Local filmmaker Kris Wheeler will be showing sneak-peek scenes from his new film project, Grace & The Great Divide, currently in production; while brother, Kurt Lee Wheeler, will be bringing the tunes (before and after the preview).
Grace & The Great Divide is a feature-length documentary film about the inspiring life of the late Grace Ragland.
Film description:
“A 57-year-old mom, racing time and disease, attempts the world’s most grueling mountain bike race — a 2,800 mile journey — in a final, fateful chance to heal a long-lost relationship.”
Special guests include noted mountain bikers Audrey Tangye & Eddie O’Dea — ultra racers and Tour Divide finishers — as well as local pro Lisa Randall.
The preview will consist of a 30-minute collection of short scenes and excerpts from work-in-progress edits.
Parts of the film were shot locally at Blanket’s Creek Mountain Bike Trails. Kris will be showing some of those scenes as well. There will be a short Q&A following the sneak peek segment.
Grace & The Great Divide is still early in production. This event is in conjunction with the film’s current crowdfunding campaign. There is no cost to attend. You will, however, have an opportunity to contribute to the crowdfunding campaign. We hope to see you there!
