SOUR-bet: Flux Ice Cream Beer Release

Sour-bet (noun) – a Berliner Weisse beer made from seasonal, local sorbet from Flux Ice Cream.

Join us to enjoy two new beers as part of a collaboration between Reformation Brewery and Flux Ice Cream. Hear from Flux’s chef and Reformation brewers to learn more about the process of turning sorbet and ice cream into beer. Free ice cream/sorbet samples available as well.

Release includes a Blueberry with Thai Basil Sorbet Sour and a Lemon Gelato with Plum Sour.
